Exchanges for other items may be done only if the item has not been used. 

Try the boots or shoes on indoors to ensure proper fit. If the boots/shoes do not fit to your satisfaction, please return them in the original box and we will replace them until you are satisfied with the size and fit. All exchanges must be authorized. Credit will be given for the purchase price only. The return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. There will be a $5.00 charge for all exchanges.

The Cobbler makes no warranty expressed or implied. Most of our products have a warranty. All Warranties are between the manufacturer and you the customer.

Sales Tax

A 8% sales tax will be applied to the total of the order for customers ordering products within the state of California.
