If you are uncertain, please contact us to ensure your satisfaction.

No returns will be accepted without
prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns.

Only if you have not used the product will you receive authorization to return the item. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee for all returned items. You will have 14 days from receipt of your equipment in which you may return it to The Cobbler for a refund.
